Shipping and Returns

Shipments

Standard shipping is 5 to 15  business days. Customer is responsible for shipping fees at checkout.

Return Policy

Customers are responsible for shipping charges on products being returned due to customer error or customer (end user) dissatisfaction.

  • No COD returns will be accepted.
  • If a C.O.D. shipment is refused, there is a $20.00 restock/re-ship fee.
  • A 10% restocking fee will be applied to ALL returns.
  • Returned merchandise must not be marked in any manner and in a resalable condition (other than damages or end user returns)
  • Closeout and Discontinued items may not be returned.
  • No Cash refunds given on returns
  • UPS shipping and mailing address

Our policy is your 100% satisfaction guaranteed.  Our supplier must be notified within 15 days from receipt of shipment of any damages or shortages incurred. They will make every effort to remedy any problems that may arise.  Packages MUST BE in original packaging and unopened.  We (and supplier) cannot accept any returns after the 15 day period.

Due to mandated health codes, food and water items are non-returnable.  If necessary, supplier will substitute an item of equal or greater value when that item is unavailable from manufacturers.  There will be a 20% restocking fee for returned orders. Please contact us via contact form so that we can request an RMA number from our supplier BEFORE you return the product.

PLEASE NOTE: Customers accept responsibility of bars purchased during warm shipping months when cold packs are not purchased. Cold packs are available for all shipments. (Cold packs are not engineered for greater than 2 day shipping – or 48 hrs. Therefore we also encourage bar purchases to be made at the beginning of the week during warm shipping months to reduce increased exposure to heat for greater than 48 hrs.)
